Returns and Refunds

At Just Jewellery, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, we have a hassle-free return process in place to ensure your satisfaction.

Our return policy allows you to return your jewellery within 30 days of receiving them. This gives you ample time to try them on, assess their quality, and decide if they are the perfect fit for you.

To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. We kindly ask that you also include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at katie@justjewellery.co.uk. Our dedicated team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a returns address.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for earrings that have been worn or damaged. We also do not accept returns for any jewellery that has been customized or personalized specifically for you. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings that have been used for piercings.

Once we receive your returned jewellery and verify that they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
